Leadership Team

Richard Tolton Owner is a graduate of Weber University and has a Bachelor of Arts degree. Rich is an AZ licensed contractor, with 9 years experience in the restoration and remodeling field, and he brings a wealth of sale mangagement and marketing experience to PDR&P. Starting the business with himself and one other employee the company has experienced significant growth in the last few years. Employees for the company now number 17 and building expansion is already in the planning stages for 2009. The Tucson office was awarded the Customer Experience Award from Paul Davis Corporate Offices in 2006. In addition, Paul Davis Restoration and Remodeling of Tucson is member of BBB, Tucson Chamber of Commerce, and the Southern Arizona Home Builder/Remodelers Association. Rich loves to bicycle and enters the annual “El Tour De Tucson” a popular bicycling event in Tucson.

Jeff Barr General Manager- A graduate of Willamette University with a Bachelor of Arts, he comes to us by way of Seattle, Washington. He brings a wealth of over 30 years experience in the fields of management and construction. He was hired by Paul Davis in 2004 as the General Manager in charge of operations. He is certified by the IICRC in water, fire and smoke, and ASD. He also has certification from IAQA in mold remediation. Jeff’s love for music goes beyond just listening. He is also a composer and an accomplished pianist.

Pio Moniz Estimator- Pio is a graduate of the University of Arizona. He is a native to Hawaii and has resided in Tucson since 1990. He brings 11 years construction experience in both new construction and remodeling. A relative new comer to Paul Davis he is a vibrant member of the company. When Pio is not busy serving our customers he is on the racquet ball court participating in state and national tournaments.

Kent Vanderkolk Mitigation Manager- A native of Tucson, he successfully completed training and certification from IICRC in water, fire and smoke damage, ASD, and received the Paul Davis Restoration Associate Certificate from the Florida Training Center. He has 8 years of construction remodeling. Kent likes to snow ski on his time off.

Mitigation Team The Water Mitigation Crew and staff are the knowledgeable team players that go out and make first contact with our customers during catastrophic and emergency based circumstances. 24 hours a day, our team is ready to meet the needs of our customers. Lead Technicians meet our stringent requirements to be IICRC certified in water, fire and smoke, and mold remediation.
